God Feels Your Pain
"My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me? Why are You so far from helping Me, And from the words of My groaning? O My God, I cry in the daytime, but You do not hear; And in the night season, and am not silent." (Psalm 22:1-2) Not only did Jesus suffer physically only the cross from the tremendous pain of nails, severe dehydration, suffocation, probably severe sunburn, bug bites, and other things. But, he also suffered emotionally and psychologically. He cried out to God thinking and believing God had abandoned Him at the worst time of His life. That had to be heartbreaking, lonely, frustration, and even terrifying. Even though His family and friends were there, at least at first, I'm sure He felt totally alone. We all go through times of loneliness, grief, despair, hopelessness, and searching just as Jesus did. When you're searching for God know this, God is always with you and He's already there. Cry out to Him and He will answer. Also know this: God wants you to share your honest feelings and emotions no matter how angry, upset, and or in pain you are. He's waiting for you and He will never abandon you. Love Beau
