"Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time. Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one." (Colossians 4:5-6 NKJV) When dealing with others, no matter who they are, we should always take time to think about our words and actions before speaking or acting. Our words should be filled with not only compassion, but with wisdom. It is also always wise to take the time to get to know the other, and about their life, so that we may know best how to relate to them. After all, the first thing a cat (or dog) does when encountering another is to check the other one out before being friendly. This brings out another point, wisdom and knowing how to answer another also involves how much one reveals to the other. Finally, dealing with others with compassion and wisdom is always good. It is how Jesus dealth with the multitudes, how He wants us to live and be an example to others, and what goes around comes around. The kindness and compassion you show towards others may come back to you when least expected, and or when you need it the most. Be kind. Be caring. Be compassionate. Love, Beau
