God's Promises
“And now, O Lord GOD, You are God, and Your words are true, and You have promised this goodness to Your servant... Blessed be the Lord, who has given rest to His people Israel, according to all that He promised. There has not failed one word of all His good promise, which He promised through His servant Moses." (2 Samuel 7:28: 1 Kings 8:56 NKJV) God keeps all of His promises. Everything God says He will do, He does...whether it be good or bad. So on the one paw we ought to fear God and obey His commandments. On the the other paw, we can have the assurance that whatever we ask in His name, and whatever we need God will provide. We also have the reassurance that God will protect us and God is steadfast and faithful to the end. God is our rock, our safe hold, and helper through all of our days! Fear God! PRAISE God! Weze bin helpin Mawmee wif dat trustin God stuff...
Sumtimes when shes worried bout wher one ov us kitties iz...whn she furgets and leves da sun room slidin door open... Likes Monday nite, she hads looked in da house and all over da yard and no sign of Mousee!! And da backyard gate was opens, too!! She waz gettin scairt.
Mawmee finally askes Boo Bear, where was Mousee...And he just looks around da sun room like dont you knohz hur hidin over dehr in da corner?? Shes a hidey cat, ya knoh. Den he goes backs to fur cleanin.
But Mawmee gots bean eyes, and has to trust by faith and not by site. Sohs she just waits... and gets all quiet in da reclining chair...
Shur nuff, Mousee cums out uvs hiding and gets sum foodeez!! She tells Bear, tank you fur letting me knohs dat Mouse didnt goes outs and get lostdid in da rain!!!
